North Coast Floor & Tile is the best!

This is the second time we have had this outstanding company do work on our home. We greatly appreciate North Coast Floor & Tile's professional team: Michaela found a gorgeous carpet and tile for our backsplash, she is always helpful and willing to answer our questions, Kerry immediately ordered our carpet, Jason, who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met, has a vast knowledge of flooring and helped us understand the entire process, he also scheduled us right away and Chip did an amazing carpet installation. We plan to contact North Coast Floor & Tile early next year for an additional project. We love our new backsplash and our new carpeted rooms!

The workers did a large job at my home that lasted 5 days. Every time I checked up to see how things were going, I noticed two men fully concentrating on what they were doing. Put in 5 full days and when they took a half hour break, they were back working 31 minutes later. Impressed! They did everything they said they would adding a nice vinyl/wood flooring. Also nice people to deal with.

I needed a vinyl floor installed in my sons room, because of an illness, and everywhere I inquired was booked out 4-6 weeks, including North Coast. When I explained the situation to Rebekah she said she’d see what they could do. I was scheduled for two days later on Saturday. They were on time, very professional, very skilled workers. Even patched an area that had no subfloor. No crazy charge for all this. VERY reasonable prices that I would be happy to pay normally and was grateful to pay in these circumstances. Really nice people and I owe them one.

The tile looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted for the old-fashioned look we were going for. Brandon and Luke were very kind and it wasn't awkward to be around them or ask questions if we needed during the work. They were diligent but quick, and stayed informative throughout. It's an investment but it truly pulled our kitchen together and the tile tied together the stainless steel in with the counters and wood. The flooring in our 50+ yr old home was a hot mess. The horrible terracotta tile in the kitchen was a monster demo with mortar, chicken wire & press board to remove along with what probably seemed like thousands of nails. The front room was no easy demo as well with 2-inch soft wood flooring. NC flooring crew under the supervision of the lead, Jim, completed the demolition & installation of the most magnificent hard wood hickory flooring that is exquisitely beautiful.
