North Coast Floor & Tile is the best!

This is the second time we have had this outstanding company do work on our home. We greatly appreciate North Coast Floor & Tile's professional team: Michaela found a gorgeous carpet and tile for our backsplash, she is always helpful and willing to answer our questions, Kerry immediately ordered our carpet, Jason, who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met, has a vast knowledge of flooring and helped us understand the entire process, he also scheduled us right away and Chip did an amazing carpet installation. We plan to contact North Coast Floor & Tile early next year for an additional project. We love our new backsplash and our new carpeted rooms!

We value the expertise, professionalism, and product selection provided by North Coast Floor and Tile.

The sales staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the customer service is responsive, and the installers are experienced and attentive to detail. The two projects we had them complete for us turned out exactly what we hoped for, and we couldn't have been more pleased.

We are so pleased with the installation of our floor.

The office staff was eager to make sure we were satisfied with colors, appointment times and the overall end result. The installers were on time, professional and did an excellent job. The floor is beautiful!

Richard Henley

Very Happy with North Coast Flooring.

The workers did a large job at my home that lasted 5 days. Every time I checked up to see how things were going, I noticed two men fully concentrating on what they were doing. Put in 5 full days and when they took a half hour break, they were back working 31 minutes later. Impressed! They did everything they said they would adding a nice vinyl/wood flooring. Also nice people to deal with.

The experience was fantastic

We recently had new floors installed in our showroom. The experience was fantastic, Kerry helped us shop and find the right flooring to fit our needs. Jason was available to answer all concerns, and see the specifics of our unique job. Tyler was our excellent point person during the actual work. The entire crew was professional and focused. Our entire showroom was prepped and completed in 5 days. Thank you, we love the new floors.

I am SO happy with my gorgeous tile shower and floor!

Kerry really listened to my vision and found the perfect tile for me. Stefan and Roosevelt did a BEAUTIFUL job prepping the space and setting the tile. They were super tidy and considerate as they worked in my home for several days. Everyone (there were 4 or more other team members who assisted with my project) was totally pleasant and fabulously professional. I have never been so pleased with a home improvement project. I highly recommend North Coast Floor and Tile to anyone interested in having quality work done for them!

Anthony Mantova

These people are great!

I needed a vinyl floor installed in my sons room, because of an illness, and everywhere I inquired was booked out 4-6 weeks, including North Coast. When I explained the situation to Rebekah she said she’d see what they could do. I was scheduled for two days later on Saturday. They were on time, very professional, very skilled workers. Even patched an area that had no subfloor. No crazy charge for all this. VERY reasonable prices that I would be happy to pay normally and was grateful to pay in these circumstances. Really nice people and I owe them one.

Rick Sanders

The best, most professional and energetic crew.

I think they were more excited than I was. Brandon and Luke were caring, thoughtful, and LASER. I will never pick anyone else. All the way to the top with Jason was a perfect and comfortable experience.

Drew Small

Really neat, tidy, wonderful work and lots of options for floors.

Fixed some pretty crummy rot damage in our subfloor and installed new vinyl all in one day. Would use again.

Amelia Gorman

Beautiful tile and vinyl floor in our bathroom. Great service by the staff in the store, the scheduler and the installers.

Joan Dvorak

This company is awesome!

They made the process of new flooring in our home a wonderful experience. From the office staff thru the installation team that did the work you won't find a more genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled group of folks! I highly recommend this company from start to finish!!

Melissa Arnold

From the moment my husband and I walked into the shop, we were treated with kindness and respect.

The tile looks amazing and is exactly what we wanted for the old-fashioned look we were going for. Brandon and Luke were very kind and it wasn't awkward to be around them or ask questions if we needed during the work. They were diligent but quick, and stayed informative throughout. It's an investment but it truly pulled our kitchen together and the tile tied together the stainless steel in with the counters and wood. I couldn't have dealt with better people throughout the whole process, and everyone we interacted with. 10/10 recommend.

Virginia Oliveria

The entire crew was polite, professional & extremely hard-working.

The flooring in our 50+ yr old home was a hot mess. The horrible terracotta tile in the kitchen was a monster demo with mortar, chicken wire & press board to remove along with what probably seemed like thousands of nails. The front room was no easy demo as well with 2-inch soft wood flooring. NC flooring crew under the supervision of the lead, Jim, completed the demolition & installation of the most magnificent hard wood hickory flooring that is exquisitely beautiful. The entire crew was polite, professional & extremely hard-working crew. Thank you so much NC flooring, Jim, John & Jordan for going above & beyond & for a job well done.

G Roney

Amazing work and great attention to detail.

Chris Hughes

Great service, great people.

North Coast Floor did our office a few years ago and our home recently and each time we’ve been really happy with the results. They were fantastic and patient in helping us choose our flooring. From there they guided the project perfectly. Strong recommendation.

Drew Fogg

These guys are fantastic.

Great to deal with, super accommodating. I had flooring that needed to be replaced. I went in found what I wanted they came out the very next day and replaced the carpet. It was for an Air BnB that I have and I kept getting dinged on the reviews for the carpet. Since they replaced it I have gotten nothing but 5 Star Reviews. So not only did they make me happy they have made all of my guest happy as well. Thank you North Coast Floor and Tile. You guys are the only place I will ever go to get flooring replaced.

Willy Bowles

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! They do really nice work and are very responsive.

Hannah Winans

Very happy with the quality of the vinyl flooring installation

which also included repairing damaged subflooring - this is the second time I have had North Coast Floor & Tile do work - everyone (estimator, sales staff and installer) was friendly, professional and easy to deal with.
